“I’ve been staying at your hotel since about 2001 so for almost 18 years. I have been going to Venice once or once every 2 years and have seen the changes your hotel has gone through. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the Accademia Bridge. 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square. Restaurants and shops nearby. Our room did not have a view but there were rooms with balconies overlooking the little canal.

Excellent location and room cleanliness , the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and all sightseeing venues are easily accessible on foot or by boat due to the hotels position .

Second time at your beautiful and romantic hotel. (Last time was 1996) A bonus was the free ride with boat taxi to Murano and the private tour there at the glass factory. All the staff in the hotel were soo friendly and helpful. We will definitly stay here again if we come back.

Absolut perfect location for a stay in Venice. Easy access to center and other sites in the city. Public transport practically around the corner. The rooms are typical Italian style, comfy, right in size and well equipped. All personal is very friendly and helpful.
