This is the very welcome place to be when visiting Venice. Most important staff are very professional and friendly, hotel is exceptionally clean, warm. Love this place. We are repeated customers and we are planning to book room for year 2026. We have recommended to family members and friends already.

A very good one. Hotel interior decorations, are towards art.Nice. Great floor ( terrazzo ) on the lobby.

I was in the Dependence building room 5. Lovely big room, very quiet. Nice breakfast with lots of choices.
My only issue was the lack of charging sockets which I know the rooms in the main hotel have.

We loved Hotel American and would easily recommend to anyone we know travelling to Venice. Your staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. We needed help figuring out how to get to Murano and that was easily handled. Reservations were made at a restaurant for us. Our water taxi was booked for our departure to Marco Polo. We appreciated all these things that were done for us. The hotel itself is just lovely. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. We loved the location as it is quiet and away from the main tourist areas yet easily accessible due to its proximity to the Accademia Bridge.

I am very satisfied with my stay, it was my second time at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and let me practice my limited Italian language skills, they responded to all my emails pre- trip, arranged a water taxi from the airport and dinner reservations.
