A recently renovated duplex, 5 meters from the Hotel, with its modern design completely functional can accommodate up to 4 people with free wifi internet access and air conditioning.The duplex is split level, with a characteristic raised floor. On the ground floor you have the living room, a fully equipped kitchen ,table with chairs. The living room is furnished with sofa bed and LCD TV, and the bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine. Upstairs you have one double bed (or two single beds) and a spacious wardrobe. Prices of our apartments can vary between a minimum of € 100,00 to a maximum of € 450,00 for a day, according to the number of guests and to the tourist season. Check in in our Hotel from 2.00 p.m. and check out within 11.00 a.m. The reception of our Hotel is open 24 hours a day. Very suitable for families or couple of friends who wish to be independent, to have more privacy and to experience the feeling of being “Venetians” for a few days.
