Progress made inevitably outdated, from a commercial perspective, the rowing boats, a means by relegating intended for sports or hobbies. From May 30 to October 28, 2010 TRADITIONAL COOKING CLASSAn extraordinary opportunity to learn some of local recipes and live an unforgettable experience in a typical Venetian home. The main characteristic of the cooking school "Peccati di Gola," is to keep the course in the kitchen of a private house: the students then find themselves in a more familiar atmosphere and not only a way of learning but also a way for new friendships, inspiring you to deepen not only the art of cooking but also knowing how to receive. The group is divided into two, each working with one of our teachers. The first group is asked to produce the promo plate (a fresh pasta stuffed) while the second group is asked to carry out a series of appetizers. After about 45 minutes the two groups take turns in activities. The rest of the meal to be served (main course and dessert) can be demonstrated by the chef or simply prepared by our staff. Some of the dishes prepared are: sardines in saor, noodles to the Rialto, the bishop\'s hats stuffed with tomatoes and mozzarella, baked sea bass with potatoes, roast duck stuffed with a side of artichokes, asparagus and potato pie. The lesson is held on Tuesday, takes about 3 hours and ends with lunch and delivery of the diploma. Meet at 9:45 in Campo San Bartolomeo (near Rialto Bridge) From May 30 to October 28, 2010Minimum 6 partecipants required DECORATIVE MASKS OF PAPER MACHE The purpose of this meeting is to have fun decorating a paper mache mask with the help of professionals and undertake a fantastic journey into the Venice of the past.   Through it a brief historical introduction and some notes on the folk costumes, you will enter the magical world of Carnival and its symbol par excellence: the mask. The party continues with a theoretical explanation of how to create a paper mache mask and techniques of decoration, illustration of the different materials used and the teacher will be available to answer questions from participants. Once the explanation, you can choose your form of paper mache unfinished to begin the practical part. There will be available more than 55 subjects ranging from Commedia dell\'Arte , fantastic to classic and popular Bauta. Each participant will be followed by our experts along the course of creating the mask to ensure a successful experience. Are not required special knowledge and the course is open to all. The duration of the lesson is about 2 hours and 30. The mask you create will be an unforgettable and precious memories of your experience in Venice.
