Unique qualities:
Loved our comfy room and views from balcony. Fun to watch canal traffic after awaking in the am. Delicious and substantial breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect -- nearby accademia bridge allows easy access to San Marco area.
